Applications Engineer - Summit, NJ

Informetric Systems Inc.'s ongoing success requires a results oriented approach with our blue chip customer base. The Applications Engineer works with leading domestic and international manufacturers, including companies in the pharmaceuticals, biotech, consumer products, paper and plastics industries, to ensure that Informetric software systems are delivering maximum results.

Technical aptitude and familiarity with software and database systems are essential. Strong interpersonal skills are also required. Project activities include the installation, integration and configuration of software, site documentation, user training, and documenting application results. Since Informetric applications are often critical-path in the manufacturing release of medical and high tech products, a high level of professionalism and good attention to detail are required.

The candidate will initially work out of the Informetric office in Summit, NJ and work closely with major life science manufacturers in the Northeast. A candidate who contributes to the company's success will have opportunities for advancement on multiple career tracks.
