August 12, 2007 - Informetric has incorporated advanced analytics and trending into the Company's core reporting engine. These enhanced features enable InfoBatch™ and RQMS™ customers to perform process analysis with simple "point-and-click" configuration.
Advanced expressions can be specified through the report configurator. For example, control limits can be dynamically calculated from long-term trend data. Of particular relevance is that the sample data can be aligned with specific batch phases or product runs, thus eliminating tedious manual data preparation.
Informetric has already configured systems in pharmaceutical, flexible packaging and paper industries to demonstrate this advanced capability. For pharmaceuticals, Periodic Assessment reports enable manufacturing personnel to evaluate the long-term process performance of Critical Process Parameters corresponding to specific procedures, thus satisfying a key PAT criteria. Similar methods have been applied to the flexible packaging and paper industries for understanding long-term trends associated with Critical-to-Quality attributes.

Bob Engel, a Vice President of Informetric, states "Adding analytics to our existing report engine was a logical product evolution. Our customers recognized that we could automatically process data in a way that would otherwise require a significant amount of manual data preparation. We expect that one-step analytics will allow our customers to gain additional economic value from their previous investments in Informetric quality management software."
