Information Technology Lead

The Information Technology Lead will manage the company’s network, server, cloud and web infrastructure. This role collaborates with all functional groups including engineering, product development, quality, technical support, and sales and marketing.

This position requires extensive practical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, networking and databases. Specific responsibilities include managing in-house and cloud server infrastructure, establishing domain policies for all company computing resources and ensuring rigorous protection against cyber security threats. This position will also be responsible to managing and improving the company website.

This position can also contribute in other functional roles including technical support of end customers and assisting the software development team with configuration and release management.It provides the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in a thriving professional environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years relevant experience in information technology
• Expertise in Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with networking infrastructure best practices
• Knowledge of cyber security threats and protection
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
• Must be able to present himself/herself in a professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to understand, prepare, and communicate technical information to a wide range of audiences

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with enterprise business systems
• Exposure to software lifecycle management methodologies
• Experience in GMP industries
• Familiarity with Web technologies

Responsibilities:

• Manage server, virtualization, network, cloud and web infrastructure
• Maintain CRM
• Establish and ensure compliance with best practices for personal computers
• Monitor all company computing resources for potential cyber security threats
• Manage systems for software build, test and release
• Assist end users with identifying and documenting system prerequisites
• Provide information technology support end users
• Support product development, engineering, techsupport, sales and marketing teams
• Contribute to team effort by working toward common goals
