Simplify your life.

InfoBatch addresses constantly changing documentation requirements with a completely configurable batch reporting system. Manufacturing personnel create, maintain, and validate batch reports through intuitive desktop applications. InfoBatch incorporates a rich action set to accommodate complex cause-and-effect reporting.

Data Model for Complex Multi-step Operations

InfoBatch incorporates a unique hierarchical structure that mirrors product and process genealogy. Tracking information from a "genealogy source" is used to structure information from other data sources. Typical genealogy sources include batch historians and product tracking systems such MES and ERP.

Reduced Deployment Cost, Simplified Validation

InfoBatch allows users to avoid expensive infrastructure upgrades by connecting to existing manufacturing systems. The fact that InfoBatch does not replicate data simplifies implementation and results in a system that is by nature more reliable.

Point-and-Click Configuration

The InfoBatch Configurator enables non-technical personnel to create and maintain reports. The InfoBatch Configurator enforces rigorous version control and audit trails.

Versatile

InfoBatch goes beyond batch reporting and is suitable for any application that requires secure access to data that resides in distributed databases. InfoBatch has been configured to generate batch release, process, cleaning, environmental, product run efficiency, downtime, daily production and Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports across a broad range of industries.

Intuitive Web-based Access

Authorized users interactively browse product genealogy and generate reports through a secure web client. A conventional Windows thick client is available as well. Thin or thick client, InfoBatch simplifies the task of combining genealogy from one system with data from various other archives.

Automatic Report Generation

Informetric AutoGen automatically generates reports based upon configured production events, such as the completion of unit procedure or shipment of an order. Reports can be converted to Acrobat PDF documents and/or routed to specific printers.

FDA 21 CFR Part 11

InfoBatch was designed to address FDA Regulation 21 CFR Part 11, Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures. The resulting security and traceability features are in fact applicable to a broad range of enterprise requirements.
