Center Lining is a method for setting operating targets in such a way that optimizes machine efficiency run-to-run. Tracking product and grade runs is an important capability in order to benchmark and optimize product performance. RQMS automatically tracks continuous product runs, and provides a framework for reporting and analyzing data across runs.
Standard RQMS reports enable users to quickly assess and compare product/grade runs. The reports structure key quality attributes within a run on a roll-by-roll basis, and automatically calculate statistics and process capability for each value.
The RQMS Advanced Reporting Module, based on InfoBatch, takes analysis to the next level with a fully configurable reporting engine that can instantaneously benchmark product/grade run performance over long periods of time. In addition, advanced statistical techniques such as Z-score analysis can be used to quantify performance of critical-to-quality process attributes.
